1. Ingredients.

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
  • 4 8 1/2-in. whole-wheat wraps (such as Toufayan).
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves.
  • 8 ounces low-sodium deli-sliced turkey.
  • 4 1-oz. havarti cheese slices, halved.
  • 1 medium 6-oz. tomato, thinly sliced.
  • 1 ounces (1/2 cup) alfalfa sprouts.

2. How to Make It.

Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on wraps (about 1 1/2 tablespoons per wrap). Divide lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato slices, and sprouts evenly among wraps. Roll up wraps; cut each in half diagonally.
